Ordering
Orders may be placed via phone or email to wholesale@alice-louise.com. There is a $150.00 minimum opening order. Minimum re-order is $75.00. Orders ship prepaid by credit card, and the buyer will be notified when an order ships. Net 30 may be granted to existing customers. Late payments incur a fee of 10% per month overdue.
Minimums
All bags are sold in multiples of 6 per style.
Shipping
Orders are shipped USPS Priority or UPS, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and charges are assessed by the weight and insurance of your order.
Packaging
All bags are packaged in a crystal clear hanging bag for easy retail display.
Returns
Returns are acceptable within 5 days of receipt of shipment, in original packaging and new condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Upon receiving product back into the studio, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please report any items damaged in shipment to Alice-Louise Press within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
